Exchange Policy
At Spexigo, we are committed to providing you with high-quality sunglasses. If you receive a defective pair, we’ll be happy to offer an exchange. Please read our exchange policy below for more details: Eligibility for Exchanges Defective Items Only: Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged sunglasses. If your sunglasses have any manufacturing defects or are damaged during shipping, we will gladly exchange them. 1-Day Exchange Window: You must request an exchange at the day of receiving your order. Condition: Defective items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with the original tags intact and not removed, along with any original packaging. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required to process your exchange.
